I incorporate a few philosophies into my workflow to increase productivity. The first concept is a batch action method. Batch actions make repetitive tasks more efficient by combining them into single blocks of time. For example, instead of spreading your email replies throughout the day, tackle them all during one or two scheduled sessions.
With that in mind, I generate extensive to-do lists. We juggle so many things; without a way to keep track of them, inevitably something will be dropped.
