Ensure Legal Review

Abstract

At specific times during an investigation, consultation with legal resources will be required to review digital evidence and receive advice for any follow-up activities. Obtaining legal advice about an investigation establishes the strength of the current digital evidence and can suggest if additional actions, such as collection and processing of additional evidence, must be taken.
