In this chapter you have seen that because organizations are systems, you need to be thinking about more than just how your e-learning functionally works. You need to be planning ways to support the necessary changes in all aspects of your organization. You have also seen how the culture and leadership are critical success factors in your e-learning implementation. “Culture always wins.” Remember this phrase, internalize it, and act as if it is your mantra. And, finally, find and nourish the leaders who will come from all levels and areas of your organization for they are key to making this change to e-learning a success.
