  1. Describe some of the various Lean implementation methods.

    Hit and Miss Method

    This method was deployed by a big eight accounting firm and consists of assembling a team, maybe providing some basic Lean training for a 1/2 day, or so, and then sending the team to the floor to make an improvement. There is no formal data collected, and participants make observations and pick one to improve. This is a ready-fire-aim approach.

    Point Kaizen Events
