Organization database

This database stores customer data and is created for every organization. For example, if we have created three organizations—namely, Dev, QA, and Prod—we will have three databases for every organization. Every database is created based on the name of the organization; for example, if our Dev organization name is HIMBAPDev, then the name of the organization database will be HIMBAPDev_MSCRM. This database contains a table for every entity in Dynamics 365 CE. The organization database also contains a special view for every entity, called a filtered view. This view presents data according to the user's security role. All of the reports that are created for Dynamics 365 CE use these views.
