20.1 Introduction: Why Interactivity in Broadcast Mobile TV?
The availability of broadcast TV on mobile phones opens a new era of opportunity, as the handset is a device connected for both data and voice or SMS functions. It is no surprise therefore that interactive applications are the most sought-after features, along with the capability to deliver TV.
