HOW TO PREPARE FOR AN OPM IMPLEMENTATION

This section provides a high-level screening method for an organization to determine its readiness to implement OPM for the first time or improve an existing OPM implementation. By considering the items identified in this section, the organizational leadership can determine whether the conditions are appropriate to proceed with the establishment or revitalization of an OPM program.
