Chapter 43. The Enterprise Architecture Group

Enterprise systems are built over time, piece by piece, project by project. It is rare that an individual project team has both the time and the perspective to consider the enterprise systems as a whole. It is the enterprise architecture group’s responsibility to establish this perspective and guide the day-to-day activities of individual projects.
