Advanced host and volume administration
The IBM Storwize V7000 offers many functions for volume and hosts creation and configuration. In Chapter 4, “Host configuration” on page 131 and in Chapter 5, “Basic volume configuration” on page 159, the basic host and volumes features of IBM Storwize V7000 are covered. Those chapters show how to create hosts and volumes, and how to map them to a host. This chapter describes host and volume administration tasks apart from Easy Tier, which is described in Chapter 10, “Easy Tier” on page 345.
