Selecting Improvement Approaches

In the two previous chapters, a number of approaches, models, methods, and techniques were introduced for test process improvement. In fact, a very large number are available to choose from. Within these preceding chapters, some comparisons between the various approaches and models were made. This chapter discusses a set of guidelines for selecting the appropriate approach for test process improvement within a project or organization. References will be made to the comparisons and comments made regarding applicability of approaches and models in the previous chapters.
