Chapter 16. Single point of control

In this chapter we introduce the concept of a single point of control (SPOC), in an IMSplex

environment. We discuss the supplied single point of control TSO ISPF application which

utilizes components of the Common Service Layer (CSL) to provide operator interaction

across multiple IMS systems in an IMSplex, and provide examples of its use. Also, we provide

information on the REXX SPOC interface, which provides programmable access to SPOC

functions and outputs.
