Every organization seeks to discover its standing in the eyes of customers, staff, and competitors. This has gained heightened significance with the emerging workforce generation, which places heightened expectations on employers to foster greater inclusion and equity.
However, it’s not enough to tout your inclusion and diversity efforts if you cannot demonstrate how they are contributing to your organization’s success. As a result, companies are awakening to the realization that there is substantial work ahead in evaluating and measuring the impact of inclusion initiatives (programs designed to increase diversity and create inclusive cultures).
