Chapter 73. Text and Graphics on a Path

Both QuarkXPress and InDesign let you set text along a path. In fact, since both programs also support inline objects (which we discuss in Chapter 69), text on a path can be extended to include graphics on a path as well. We discuss both features in this chapter.

Creating Path Type

To create path type in QuarkXPress, you use one of the four tools dedicated to that function or you convert a text box into a text path. InDesign works a bit differently.
