THIS CHAPTER IS DEVOTED TO CREATING PRACTICAL and skillful text effects. In addition to its industrial-strength tools for handling continuous text, InDesign has an impressive array of features for creating logo treatments and special effects. With its path editing and transparency tools, it’s now possible to create type effects directly within InDesign that until recently would have required Photoshop or Illustrator.
