The Goal

What is there in a name? A piece of writing that caught my attention some time back gives a vivid description of why a name matters and is often very important. From memory, I have tried to reconstruct that description here:

Two priests from the local church were standing by the side of the road, driving into the ground a sign that read: ‘The End Is Near! Turn Around Now—Before It’s Too Late!’

As a car sped past them, the driver on reading the sign yelled, ‘Leave us alone, you religious nuts!’

From the curve, the priests heard the sound of screeching ...
