I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Abstract
Inequality fell sharply since mid 1990’s. However, Brazil remains one of the most unequal countries in the world. The reduction in inequality is not only due to government redistributive policies. It is also due to the emergence of favorable conditions in the labor market. Moreover this reduction does not mean that the government redistribution policy is efficient. Actually, there are many Federal Government programs which have a regressive effect. The trend of inequality reduction is decelerating during the second decade of the 21st century, and may stall at a still high level.
