Helping Others See Your Thinking

Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.

To get a thought out of your head and into the heads of others, putting forward your position is a start, but if your goal is to pool perspectives in the pursuit of learning, this skill, by itself, is inadequate. Like an elementary school child doing long division homework, you need to show your work. You must explain how you arrived at your position. You need to share your thinking.
