Abstract:
Finding information in online worlds is a primary concern. Without good quality information, games cannot progress, business transactions may fail, and simulations may be incomplete. There are official and non-official (unauthorized) sources of information about virtual worlds. The information about a virtual world may be in the world itself, or in other places online.
