Chapter overview
During this stage, the preferred design solution will be developed to ensure that all the key building systems and interfaces have been coordinated and are aligned with the Cost Information. Subject to the procurement strategy, the responsibility for information production may shift from the design team employer to the contractor, either at the outset or at the end of this stage.
