Barbara Blackburn, CRM, is an electronic records management consultant who assists organizations in defining, researching, selecting, and implementing cost-effective solutions. Baird Brueseke, CIP, IGP, is an IG consultant and trainer with a focus on cybersecurity issues, a cofounder of Information Governance World magazine.
