OPERATIONS ENCOMPASSES PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT and/or service delivery processes, including implementation, monitoring, auditing, and incident handling; indeed, operations is comprised of the daily activities in an organization. Security operations, more specifically, deals with managing risks and carrying out duties related to security policies.
