Project Implementation

In this book, we began with a discussion of the risks involved in accomplishing an information systems project. We then discussed what is involved in information systems project development. We now return to an overall perspective of what is involved in final implementation of information systems projects, with the intent of examining things that can be done to improve a project’s prospects of success.
