Powerbuilder and 4GL gateway development
At the commencement of this project, neither the 4GL COBOL generator nor the PowerBuilder Gateway existed as a part of an automated solution. Both language gateways were developed and customized to meet the company's specific needs during the pilot. In-house software architects defined the detailed conversion specifications for each language in the 4GL Conversion Specification and the PowerBuilder Conversion System Requirements Specification documents.
