Opportunity objectives and analysis of pilot results
The LSM project had two objectives. First, the EOSS-ACM modernization effort needed to be measured to identify possible ROI. Second, the LSM process needed to be validated for future use and scalability. This section describes the metrics and goals, developed by the Navy pilot during the initial planning sessions in developing the Project Charter, to assess the effectiveness of the LSM process.
