Abstract
It is commonly known that creativity and innovation are at their highest levels in a person’s life during youth, and so is productivity. It is, therefore, important to understand how demographics, in general, and its quality in terms of level of education are evolving and changing in all these three regions of the world. The onset of an aging population and the resultant influx of immigrants in the West, and the United States in particular, are well known.
