Innovation comes in many forms, in this chapter we will talk about a successful innovation within a government agency. It is about how I used my skills and experience as human resource manager to review procedures, train, and to prepare seven human resource assistants working in five states for a major organization inspection. Reading this chapter, you will learn that there are many ways to make innovation a success. Interactive training, consistency, and goal setting were key factors in this successful innovation.
