Managing and Multiplying Resources

OFTEN, THE MOST DIFFICULT CHALLENGE to innovation is not how to generate a lot of new, unorthodox ideas but how to quickly get enough talent and capital behind those ideas to start turning them into viable business plans and scaleable opportunities. Within most organizations, there are formidable barriers that prevent would-be innovators from getting access to the resources they need to execute their ideas.
