Defining Plot Styles

AutoCAD 2000 introduced a new feature called plot styles, which allow you control how objects in drawings appear when plotted. Through a plot style, you can tell AutoCAD to override and plot certain objects with a wide line, a different color, or even a different linetype than what is assigned to the object in the drawing. With plot styles, you can easily vary the way objects look when plotted, no matter how they look in the drawing.
