Chapter 10. Setting Up Terminal Server Connections

After you have set up your users, the next step is to ensure that they have connections available at the server to connect to. You can make two main types of connection: RDP and ICA connections. RDP connections support connections to the Terminal Server by the Terminal Services client. ICA connections support connections by the Citrix ICA client.

Connections are defined by making connection entries using either the Terminal Services Configuration Tool or the Citrix Connection Configuration Tool depending on whether you have Citrix installed on your system. In this chapter, you will learn how to create connection entries using both tools.
