How NFuse Works
Now that you understand some of the many options available for deploying NFuse, it is time to learn exactly how it works. This section covers the functionality of NFuse, how it works and how it communicates over a network.
The Initial Logon
The first step in using an NFuse web site is logging on (see Figure 19.3). From the main NFuse page, a user needs to enter his username and password to log on to the page and retrieve his applications. The logon information is passed through NFuse server-side components running on the NFuse web server via port 80 or HTTP.
