We can do a lot with our computers. We can crunch numbers using spreadsheets and produce documents using word processors. It would be great if all documents we produced could be sent directly to the parties concerned, enabling them to view the documents on their computer. Unfortunately, the reality is that we often have to produce paper copies of our documents.
