Unpainting a Painting: Removing and Replacing Image Areas
Gone are days when you had to accept everything—including mistakes—that showed in the photograph you shot using film. For example, that telephone pole extending out of Uncle Fred's head is no longer a permanent growth but can now be digitally removed. Any element that you just don't want in the photo is subject to your Photoshop skills. And this leads us to the next phase of creating the Sky Gallery image: removing a painting to leave only an empty frame.
In the following steps, you will mask the painting in the left frame and reflect the frame off the floor.
