In her Training and Development article “Presentation Tips from the Pros,” Donna Abernathy, of the American Society for Training and Development, comments that “all presenters and trainers aren’t techno wizards, but because presentations are increasingly going digital, they [trainers] have to keep up with new technology. The demand for high-quality presentation media, such as animation, audio, and video, is on the rise, according to the International Association of Presentation Professionals [IAPP]. Seventy-five percent of IAPP members are involved in some form of Web site development or online show-and-tell.”¹
