Dayna reads through the short paragraph she has typed and retyped a dozen times. She mumbles the words audibly: “This is a story about phishing and how to respond to an email containing attachments or links. An employee of our company received an email from a friend—or at least it appeared to be from a friend. In the email, the friend asked the employee to click on a link in the email that would take them to a webpage containing some great store coupons.
