Developing the training plan and content

Abstract:

This chapter lays the foundation for establishing the training outline. The outline is a key element for planning any type of training. It determines the content to be delivered in the sessions and how the training will be organized. An outline will allow for sequencing the content in a logical progression. Sample outlines, agendas and scripts are provided.
