Evaluating your training plan and content

Abstract:

This chapter discusses the need to evaluate training programs. Evaluating is an essential part of any training session, but it is frequently overlooked or not given sufficient attention. Even experienced trainers often decide upon a method of evaluation after the design phase of the training sessions is completed. Different levels and methods of evaluation are presented and their various merits are discussed.
