Strategy to Win the Future
Perhaps you were like me growing up, and every once and awhile you played board games with your friends and family (more likely a console or computer games in the last twenty years). It was a fun experience—at least until someone started winning, and then the fun stopped and the mercenary negotiations began. Of course, I am only half-kidding, for everyone has a shrewd friend who simply will not let you gain an advantage by trading his ore for your brick or selling you that last property before you can place houses. Games, given their diversity of goals, provide us with a chance to creatively switch paradigms.
