In this chapter, I hope to give you a glimpse at what a small health care organization employing the integrative leadership model’s practices on a routine basis might look like. The variety of organizations present in the health care ecosystem is great, and each is vastly different in makeup and mission. Thus, this chapter will not be all things to all leaders, but it will give you a picture of application.
