1 Structure and Definition of Organizational Process Assets

Organizational Process Assets include three entities:

• Process

• Process Guidelines

• Enablers

A process description identifies the activities that must be accomplished related to the process. Guidelines provide helpful hints and options when tailoring a process to the needs of a given project. Enablers include any aids that can be employed to help carry out the activities of a process. Enablers can include templates, forms, and best-case examples.
