This improves the operational ability to build and release cloud services efficiently with a process for the design, development, and release of a customer's cloud services into a cloud-based infrastructure. The instantiation of the agreed-to service use cases to validate and refine the service design, development, and release process. The process is designed for sprint-based Agile service development, but the process can still be used for a traditional waterfall service development methodology by assuming a single development cycle.
