Trustworthiness for secure collaborative learning
Abstract
This chapter reviews trustworthiness and technological security approaches that are closely related to online collaborative learning and networking as they can be combined with the aim of fulfilling information security (IS) requirements for e-Learning participants and designers. The chapter first reviews the main works in the literature on security in computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL), illustrates how trustworthiness is related to security, discusses suitable trustworthiness methodologies, and investigates knowledge management (KM) and learning analytics (LA) for trust and security in e-Learning.
