I feel tremendous gratitude to the leaders who showed me examples of intelligent disobedience and how it makes a difference, the managers who supported my intelligent disobedience, and the teams I worked with who did not lose faith while I experimented with intelligent disobedience. I know that my teams were sometimes unsure about my intelligent disobedience approach . . . Thanks for hanging in there with me and sharing in the improved results.
