As the “3C” Pyramid in Exhibit 2.1 illustrates, the foundation to unlocking and unleashing your executive potential consists of your leadership capability, commitment, and connectedness.
• Leadership capability refers to your present skills and competencies that can be developed, nourished, and enhanced. Think of your leadership capability as can-do, which is very different from what you are currently doing.
