Understanding YourHelper Leadership Trait

Leaders who are predominant Helpers have strong feelings for others. Ironically, this very positive attribute can also be the source of many of the challenges they encounter. Helper leaders can tend to overexpress their positive feelings toward others and dismiss their negative feelings in their attempt to deal with the challenges they face at work. Their sense of self is that they are sensitive, caring leaders, yet, when they are derailing, their acts of kindness and care are not free; they want something in return.
