Understanding YourActivist Leadership Trait
Unlike the other predominant traits that comprise the Head triad—Thinkers who substitute thinking for doing and Disciples who have lost touch with their ability to act—the Activist overdoes everything. Activists are sensation seekers who are excited by their surroundings and who respond strongly to stimuli. The identity and self-esteem of Activists depend on obtaining a steady stream of sensations. Activists see themselves as happy and cheerful, but underneath their bright exterior can be a deep fear of pain.
