Getting IT Right

Following on the heels of the design experiences in the last chapter, we now find the VizAppManager team ready to create a better tool for information technology (IT) troubleshooters and their practical patterns of inquiry. After finding severe usefulness flaws in its original prototype, the visualization team has decided to structure this second round of conceptual designing according to the following two objectives:
