Since Adobe's release of Creative Suite 5 in April of 2010, the digital media landscape has changed at a blinding speed and there's no indication of a slow-down any time soon. For a little perspective, it was also in April of 2010 that Apple released the very first iPad, forever changing media consumption habits worldwide.
InDesign CS5 ushered in a new era for designers by making it possible within the familiar InDesign environment to design not only for print but for digital media as well. All of a sudden it was possible to bring print projects to life with video, audio, interactive navigation, and even Flash animation. The movement from print to “printeractive” had begun with a roar.
