Chapter 6: Working with Date Parameters

Introduction

In the previous two chapters, you’ve seen how to make your reports more dynamic by using numeric and character parameters. In this chapter, you see how to create, populate, apply, and test date parameters. A fourth type of parameter can also be created, datetime. Datetime parameters are identical to date parameters except that they add a time interval. The steps for creating and using datetime parameters are the same as the steps for creating and using date parameters.
