Susan Switzer has designed and conducted corporate communication seminars for the past 20 years. She is the former Director of Communications for KPMG/St. Louis and served on the firm's Executive Education faculty. She has a B.A. in English Literature from Manhattanville College, Purchase, New York, and an M.A. in Space Systems Management from Webster University, Colorado Springs.
