Introduction
In 2015, Klaus Schwab the founder and executive chair of the World Economic Forum discussed the concept of the fourth Industrial Revolution, (Anon, 2016, 2017a; Schwab, 2016; Von Hooijdonk, 2017). The concept, sometimes referred to as industry 4.0, refers to increased connectivity and where more communication, analysis and decisions can be taken by smart machines (Marr, 2016; Rosinski, 2017), which collectively will significantly impact on business and the employment market for years to come.
